HollyOaks offers pasture and naturally raised Pigs, Lowline Cattle, Mutton and Lamb. Chicken and Turkeys are available upon request.
HollyOaks livestock are NOT treated with hormones or fed growth promoting substances. They are all part of the Slow Food revolution producing nutritious, leaner, denser, succulent and extremely flavorful meat.
Pasture raised animals are a healthier way to eat. The meat has less fat and saturated fat, cholesterol and calories. The meat contains more antioxidants including vitamin E, C, beta-carotene, omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid.
Pasture Raised Animals are seasonal and can be pre-ordered.
