Equestrian Main Barn
HollyOaks has excellent ventilation with humidity extractors and ceiling fans. There are ceiling night lights. In the winter barn heaters are thermostatically set to prevent freezing and maintain a constant temperature.The 12ft aisles make it easy to pass along with a horse even when other horses have their heads out of their stalls. HollyOaks has a relaxed atmosphere with music filling the air. Most stalls have a window with mosquito netting and can open up or down for maximum comfort.
- 12ft x 12ft and 10ft x 12ft stalls scontaining casting rails, removable feed bucket, soft stall matting, automatic drinker, front aisle opening stall window.

- Feed Program - (Feed room is heated and air-conditioned ).
- Turnout - 2 all-weather paddocks
- 20 grass paddocks which are aerated and harrowed twice a year. Cut for weed control.
- Individual blanket rack.
- 4 wash/ grooming stalls with hot and cold water. Over head heater.
- Arena’s (harrowed daily).
- Out-door rings (sand and grass) and extensive hacking trails.
- Clients can organise their own Vet and Farrier.
